Free MS-DOS Games
I like old games. I’m going to post a bunch of old, shareware/freeware games for MS-DOS here. These games are not posted because they are “abandonware” (although they may be), all of the software here was originally released for free.
You can play them natively on 32-bit versions of Windows, but I’m going to recommend using DOSBox, which gives you a DOS environment that is more compatible with most (but not all) of these old games. DOSBox will also let you play these games on 64-bit versions of Windows, or on other platforms like Mac OS X and Linux.
