Installation Troubleshoot
Alright, the first thing you need to do is download and install WinZip. During the installation, tell it you want to use WinZip Classic and not the WinZip Wizard. After you’ve done that, download my skin and open it in WinZip. You should see something like this:

Click the Extract button on the top of the window, and…

You need to pay attention to three things in this window. The “Extract to:” field should be pointed to the skins folder inside the folder where you have Trillian installed, the extract “All files/folders included in archive” should be marked, and “Use folder names” should be checked.

Now, in Trillian, you should have a new skin available. To find it, from your contact list, go to “File -> Preferences” and then choose the Skins option. “Aaron-Whistler 2.0″ should now appear in the list of skins.

Choose my skin from the list, press Close, and restart Trillian when prompted.
If you followed these directions exactly and the skin is not working, contact me.
